K & W Hylands have recently completed yet another Berkeley Homes (Southern) development of 3 new blocks of apartments featuring Villeroy & Boch Sanitaryware, Hansgrohe brassware.  Each apartment is fitted with the impressive Baxi Potterton Promax Store HE boilers along with Wavin OSMA underfloor heating throughout.  K & W Hylands are currently working within the Refirbishment phase of the All Saints development.  A further 50+ apartments.  All Saints hospital and its exquisite chapel was the epitome of the Victorian gothic revivalist style. Built in 1869 from a combination of local brick, warm stone and leaded glass.
