K & W Hylands Ltd company No 3398426 - incorporated July 1997, but formally known as K E Hylands Plumbing & Heating established in July 1978 which was a husband & wife partnership.

The Directors of K & W Hylands Ltd are the former partners of K E Hylands, they are Mr Kevin Hylands & Mrs Wendy Hylands and recently joined Chris Morris the company Service and Maintenance Manager.

The Company is essentially a family run organisation being established for 27 years operating from the office at Upper Dicker and Hailsham (stores and workshop).

K & W Hylands Ltd is a well known sub-contractor in the new house construction market, with a large client base of both National and regional developers and builders. Specialising in fast track housing contracts being completed to programme within competitive budgets. In recent years the company has expanded it's after sales and service division offering a very affordable annual servicing agreement for gas appliances and un-vented hot water systems with timely reminders being posted to all clients on our data base.

Our office is open between the hours of 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday, an answering service is available for voice messages at all other times, whilst a dedicated fax and e-mail line will ensure your written instruction can be received at all times.

All our engineers undergo rigorous regular training to the latest standards ensuring that they can offer the finest quality of work and advice to our clients. In today's marketplace the emphasis on qualifications and high standard of work is vitally important. All our service engineers carry company photo identification and wear the company name logo on their shirts making them readily identifiable to our clients.
